Registration for our virtual academies can be completed online through our website. Once registered, you will receive instructions on how to access the live sessions or recordings. Registration four our 2025 Summer Virtual Academy is now open.

Certificates of attendance will be made available. in the VFairs platform after each virtual academy. Availability and instructions to access the certificates will be sent to attendees by email after the academy.

Yes, recordings of the live sessions will be available for all registered participants to access at their convenience on the vFairs app and website. Availability and instructions to access the certificates will be sent to attendees by email after the academy.
Our 2025 Summer Virtual Academy will have two paths for learning: Foundational and Advanced. We suggest the Foundational Path for those who have three years or less experience in Federal Programs or Finance. Those with three years experience or more may find the Advanced Path more relevant. Registration for the Summer Virtual Academy is $200 and registration will remain open until June 24th.

No refunds will be processed for cancellations. Attendees who are not able to attend the virtual academy live will receive access to recordings of all the virtual academy sessions. Availability and instructions to access the certificates will be sent to attendees by email after the academy.

No, Virtual Academies can only be paid for with a credit card (subject to a 6% fee) or with an EFT.
