We will be using vFairs as the platform for the academy. After you register, you will be emailed more specific information regarding getting into the academy to view the recordings.

Yes, certificates are already available.
Yes, recordings of the live sessions will be available for all registered participants to access at their convenience on the vFairs app and website. The Foundational recordings are already available, the Advanced recordings will be available on February 11th
Registration for our virtual academies can be completed online through our website. Once registered, you will receive instructions on how to access the live sessions or recordings. Registration will open on Monday, December 2nd, 2024

Our 2025 Winter Academy will have two paths for learning: Foundational and Advanced. We suggest the Foundational Path for those who have three years or less experience in Federal Programs or Finance. Those with three years experience or more may find the Advanced Path more relevant. For the best value, attendees may register for both paths at a discounted price of $175 until January 17th at midnight.
Please be advised the discount is ONLY for the bundle ticket when purchased. Discounts will not be applied retroactively. The deadline for purchasing COMBO tickets has passed.
To view the live sessions for FOUNDATIONAL, ACET must receive your EFT or card payment by January 20th, 2025.
To view the live sessions for ADVANCED, ACET must receive your EFT or card payment by January 31st, 2025.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations because even if you cannot attend the live sessions you will have access to the recordings with your ticket.
You will receive 5 credit hours.
You can download vfairs to prepare, you will also be able to access the sessions on our specific vfairs Virtual Academy page from your computer once that is available. You will receive instructions via email and there will be updates on this page as the Winter Virtual Academy approaches.
