Meet Your Secretary – Luis Guerra

Luis Guerra assumed the position of ACET Secretary in April 2023. Mr. Guerra serves as the Finance Director for Tornillo ISD. Mr. Guerra has over 22 years of extensive experience in grant management of law enforcement and educational grants. He has been an ACET member since 2015, and has assumed various leadership roles for ACET in 2021 as a regional director, scholarship committee and program planning committee member.
