Meet Our Officers

Dr. Leslee Schauer

Dr. Leslee Schauer has been in state and federal programs for the past 16 years. Dr. Schauer worked in higher education for 12 years where she wrote and received over $10 million in state and federal funds to provide support programs for special populations.

Nicole Davis

Nicole Davis, an accomplished educational leader with a Master’s in Educational Leadership, is the Family Engagement Coordinator for Harlandale ISD in San Antonio, TX. With a focus on low socioeconomic communities, she passionately facilitates large-scale programs and community events, aiming for positive change. Nicole’s purpose is to ensure equitable services for success, connecting and collaborating with students, families, and the community. Her expertise and commitment drive impactful change within the educational setting, emphasizing her dedication to fostering thriving and supported communities.

Luis Guerra assumed the position of ACET Secretary in April 2023. Mr. Guerra serves as the Finance Director for Tornillo ISD. Mr. Guerra has over 22 years of extensive experience in grant management of law enforcement and educational grants.

Hi Everyone! I am the Director of Federal and State Programs for New Caney ISD. I have been a proud ACET member for 16 years! In 2017 I began presenting at ACET conferences and my first presentation was on EDGAR.

Robyn is the Assistant Superintendent of Support Services for Canyon ISD. She has worked in the education system for 29 years and has been blessed to hold many different roles during those years. She began participating with ACET in 2008.
