When will Attendee Registration open?

Attendee registration will open on Friday August 30th, 2024, at 9am CST

Do I need to make an account on the ACETX.ORG website prior to registering?

Every attendee must have their own ACETX.ORG account with their correct name, email and billing information.

How can I book a conference hotel?

Conference hotel links will be emailed with your invoice. So, please make sure your email is correctly listed in the billing section and on your ACETX.ORG account details.

How do I register?
  1. Make sure you (or the attendee you are registering for) has an ACETX.ORG account and you know the Username and Password.
  2. Select a ticket type above.
  3. Click “Add to Cart”
  4. Fill out/ Double check your billing information
  5. Select your payment method
  6. Copy your invoice number
  7. Check your email for a copy of your invoice and the Conference Hotel Booking Link.
Whose name should be on the registration?

The attendee’s name should be on the registration because the name listed on the registration is the name that will appear on the conference badge.

Can I register for someone else?

Yes, however you must create an account/login with their credentials and put in their billing information.

If you are registering for someone else do not put your name on the registration form.

I can no longer attend can someone take my place?

Unfortunantely, we do not allow substitutions. You may cancel for a refund IF you are within the deadline. Each new attendee must have their own registration. Substitutions are not allowed.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit Card

A credit card payment is immediate and secure. Once the card information is entered and the payment is received the registration is completed.

  • Purchase Order/ Check

A Purchase order (PO) is a promise to pay. Not a payment. Therefore, until the check is received the registration will remain on hold. If this option is selected a check must be mailed to:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Option 1

An EFT payment needs to be sent to ACET via Bank Account. Therefore, until the transfer is received the registration will remain on hold. If your business office/accountant needs the information, please email Laura at Laurawitte@acetx.org.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Option 2

This EFT payment, like a credit card is immediate. Once you enter your checking and routing numbers the transaction will be securely processed, and the registration will be completed.

If you are not sure which ticket you want to buy you can save your cart until you are ready to check out.  If you decide to select a ticket type and pay for it immediately and then elect to add on another ticket type, know that we will NOT combine both orders, and your business office may need to send separate checks.
