Affordable Options
ACET has negotiated affordable rates at hotels for our conference attendees. All of these hotels are within a reasonable distance of our conference host hotel.
In order to receive the rates negotiated by ACET, attendees must book their reservations using the links and instructions below! ACET is not responsible for reimbursing or securing rates for attendees who book through different avenues.
Convenient Amenities
Please check with each individual hotel regarding the amenities available to guests.
The 2026 Spring ACET Conference will provide some snacks and beverages for attendees, but attendees are responsible for purchasing their own meals and securing their own transportation.

We do our best to find hotels that are comfortable and affordable for our conference attendees. Following the conference, ACET welcomes feedback on hotel accommodations so that we may better serve you.
Changes and Cancellations
Each individual guest is responsible for their own change requests and cancellations. ACET will not be responsible for any charges accumulated by missed cancellation dates.

ACET 2026 Spring Conference
We’re excited to welcome attendees to Houston for the 2026 Spring ACET Conference! Below is a summary of lodging options available during your stay.
Royal Sonesta Houston
Conference Hotel

Rate: $128 per night (group rate)
Parking: Self-parking is $32 a night plus tax with a maximum $25 per car per day. Valet Parking is $42 plus tax per day and Friday will be a $15 flat rate for a half-day self parking.

Hotel reservations for the host and overflow hotels will open once conference registration is live. Attendees who register for the conference will receive an email containing the group rate code and booking link.
The link below will only allow one room reservation at a time. The Sonesta will not allow call in reservations for the group rate.
The ACET room block is currently FULL. Attendees may check the group link below for availability due to cancellations.

Rate: $128 a night until March 17, 2026 when the rate ends
Parking: Overnight self parking is $32 and overnight valet parking is $44
