Presentations for the Fall 2011 Conference

Information for Exhibitor:

About the ACET Spring Conference: The ACET Fall Conference typically draws about 400 members on average each year and about 40 exhibitors.  About 80% of our conference attendees are Texas school district or Regional Service Center administrators who work with compensatory education programs like Title I or State Compensatory Education or other programs under the umbrella of the No Child Left Behind statute.  The other 20% is comprised of campus administrators and various other school staff including business office staff.  Our main partner in the conference is the Texas Education Agency which provides topics and speakers for most of our large general sessions and a few  of our smaller concurrent sessions, although school districts and Educational Services Centers with best practice models provide the bulk of the concurrent sessions.  While the majority of our exhibitors represent educational related products and services, we do also have a sprinkling of vendors who exhibit non-educational items (jewelry, candles, food, etc.). As an exhibitor you have access to the ACET Exhibitor Room Rate available at the Austin Renaissance Arboretum Hotel.

Here are some of the particulars concerning exhibitors:

Exhibitor move in – Wednesday, October 12, 9:30am - 12:00pm
Exhibits open - Wednesday, October 12, 12:00pm – 5:30pm, Thursday, October 13, 8:00am - 3:30pm
Exhibitor move out – Thursday, October 13, from 3:30pm-5:30pm
Conference Sponsorship: If you are interested in being an ACET Conference Sponsor you will be able to indicate the level and/or activity you would like to sponsor in the online registration system.  ACET would love to have you as a sponsor!
Conference Registrant Contact List: ACET members are asked, as part of their online registration, to declare if they do or do not want their contact information released to vendors.  The contact information for members who are agreeable to releasing their contact information is then transferred to a master list which we will make available to vendors for costs, depending on the sponsor level of the exhibitor/vendor.

Freeman Exhibitor Services: When exhibitors register they will receive an E-Kit from Freeman through email  that includes your booth number, within a week.  The E-Kit will be sent to the email address of the person who completed the online exhibitor registration.  Exhibitors can also download the Freeman E-Kit below and complete the form manually and submit to Freeman at the address listed on the E-Kit form; however, the online E-Kit sent to you from Freeman is a much quicker and preferred method.
